Add ringtone to contact

Outlook 2003-ActiveSync 4.5-Windows Mobile Ver. 2:11 : Why am I loosing the
personalizes or custom phone ring tone assigned to each contact, when
synchronizing the contacts between PDA and computer?
 
Don't know, have you asked the phone mfg? It is not an Outlook issue as Outlook does not use ringtones.
