add right click send to folder + move to folder

I had a right click options `Send to folder...' + 'Move
to folder....'. I added these summer of 2003. I had
these options before that time also. While I just did a
clean install of Windows XP and can't remeber how I added
these options. The same options are available through
the Edit comand in explorer. But I do want them on a
right click. I have added a send to any folder option,
but I do like the move to... and send to... options
better. Can some body tell me where I can download this
feature or how to get it?
