Add reply field to inbox

I had a Replied field in my inbox but it vanished. I need to add it back. I
thought one could add fields with "field chooser" but I do not find a Replied
field in the list of available fields. How do I add a Replied field?

Well, I am not familiar with a 'replied' field. What sort of data was in
this field?
 
I found the problem. It was really the Icon field that had vanished. I got it
fixed.
