Add/Remove Software

How does one Add/Remove Software in Vista? It does not seem to be in
"control panel" as it was in Wxp.

Its called "programs" so look further down...

they changed the name because nobody really added programs from that icon on
XP either.. but in my opinion that change does confuse people....

So should they have changed the name yes or no?

Retain a not so good description to not confuse people,
or rename it so it will be correct technically yet confuse people?

Besides using Control Panel, you can open Computer, and click on "Uninstall
or Change a Program" in the Toolbar.
