I I eat vista Sep 15, 2007 #2 Its called "programs" so look further down... they changed the name because nobody really added programs from that icon on XP either.. but in my opinion that change does confuse people.... So should they have changed the name yes or no? Retain a not so good description to not confuse people, or rename it so it will be correct technically yet confuse people?

D dean-dean Sep 15, 2007 #4 Besides using Control Panel, you can open Computer, and click on "Uninstall or Change a Program" in the Toolbar.
