Add/Remove Programs

I'm trying to remove certain programs. I go to Ctrl Panel, then add/remove
programs. When I select a certain program I have the option of
change/remove. When I click this option nothing happens. Why can't I get
rid of this?

Other programs have separate change and remove buttons and can be removed.

Hi Craig,

It means the path for uninstalling the program in the registry is bad,
non-existent, or corrupted. Try either looking for the uninstall file in the
program directory, or first reinstalling the program to recreate the
missing/corrupted information.
