Add/Remove Programs

In installed Norton Anti virus, Webroot Cookie Washer and IE 7.0. Since then,
I can not get into Add/Remove Programs or Security in my Control Panel. Any
clues?
 
What message pops up, etc?

Do you just not see the icon anymore?

Next time install one app at a time.
