Add/Remove Programs?

how may i do so manually ie programs that have been uninstalled but this
referance has not been

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Each subkey under this branch is a reference to an installed Program.
Locate the correct sub-key and right click it. Select Export. This creates a
backup that you can re-import, if you find you made a mistake. Then right
click the key again and select Delete.
