Add/Remove Programs

I'm having a problem with removing software. I go to
add/remove programs, and click on the program from the
list. Then I get an error saying can not open instal log
file. How can I fix this? What does this mean? It does
it to a lot of different programs I have, that I want
removed. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

The files install.log, uninstall.log are LOG files which holds the registry,
file locations which need to be erased facilitating the uninstallation of a
software. If the log files are missing, there is no safe way to uninstall
the applications. You need to reinstall the application in same location
(hard disk path) to recreate the log file and uninstal it clean using
Add/remove
