Add/remove Programs

I have a HP T5710 that I am testing and it appears that they have
removed some features. Add remove programs and gpedit have been
removed. does anyone know of a way to get these tools back on the
device and working. I copyed the files but I can not get them to work.
The add/remove programs just shows up blank.

You'll need to contact HP for support.

In general terms though, the feature wasn't "removed". It was never
"added". Different features have different requirements for addition into
an OS build. Some may need other OS pieces to be present. Some may need
registry settings/etc. There is no one simple answer for how to add a
specific feature without looking into the details of the specific feature in
question.
