Add/Remove Programs Problems

Hi! I'm having a "Add/Remove Programs" I went to add/remove programs and
a message box pops up and says " add/remove programs has been restricted, and
to contact my adminstrator... I'm the only adminstrator on my computer!!
I'm running XP Pro with SP2...I've tried uninstalling SP2 - didn't help -
I've done sys restore time and again - to no avail HELP!?!

That doesn't look like it's too far from you, ever been there?

That was the only thing that Google found regarding Cajun Scale that didn't
have anything to do with fishing. I know what that means regarding fishing.
