Add/Remove Programs Problem

After doing a full scandisk and defrag, I came upon a thing. I don't know
what it is or how it happend but in the Add/Remove Programs box where the
programs are listed there is a section that is completely taken over by a big
black box that takes up the entire width and a large vertical portion as
well. The program list stops right before and starts right after the box, but
the thing is so MASSIVE I have to scroll down or up so much to get past it. I
have some screen shots if anyone thinks they can help. Serious inquiries only

What is the last program listed and the first after the black box? In the
meantime:

Remove the White Space from Add or Remove (line 226) Right hand side

Go to Start/Run and type in:
Expand C:\i386\NETOC.IN_ -r C:\Windows\Inf

Add or Remove Programs tool appears to stop responding after you remove the
security update that is documented in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-015
