In the Add/Remove Programs list I have numerous items that
have no size associated with them. I believe they are
related to visio and I can't get rid of them. If I select
remove it opens a dialog box saying it's source is not
available either CD or network location, please insert
disk, if I select cancel it removes it from the list but
as soon as I reopen Add/Remove Programs it is back on the
list. I have tried the knowledge base article 247501 but
these entries do not show up in the registry it seems to
be looking for *.msi where the * stands for the name of
the program I'm trying to remove. any ideas out there as
there over a hundred of these in the list.
some filename examples are
"block diagrams"
"block diagrams Help"
"block diagrams samples"
"custom Patterns"
"Custom Patterns Help"
etc.
Thanks
