add/ remove programs list has a huge gap in the middle

When I go to Control Panel, then to Add/ Remove
Programs, it says the list is being populated. When the
list appears, there is a huge gap in the middle of all of
the programs. I have looked in a lot of places and I am
not finding any information. Can someone help?

Thanks for the tip, but it did not work. It says it
removed the white space, but it is still there.
 
I just removed the program before the gap and now the gap
is gone. Thanks for your input.
