Add/Remove programs does not show programs installed

Add/Remove programs does not show programs installed

When I launch "Add/Programs does not show programs
installed in the window, instead it gives an error message
stating:

An unexpected error

Class not registered;

res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc
line 225
