add remove programs can't keep up

the "sort by frequency of use" or "date last used"
portion of my add/remove programs is way wrong (by
weeks/months). what's up? now I'am concerned with the
viability of the xp restore program. Haven't used it yet,
hope i don't have to. thank you.

Hi Kerry,

Sometimes the usage information in Add/Remove is inaccurate for me as well,
but System Restore luckily doesn't work around that information and it has
worked very well the many times I have had to use it on client machines.

I hope you don't have to use System Restore, but if you do you're in pretty
good hands.
