add radio buttons to an excel document

Does anyone know how to add radio buttons to a cell in excel? I am trying to
add an option for a document to display the answers as either yes or no.
Please help.

Use View|Toolbars; select Forms
Click radio button in toolbar and use mouse to drag an area for the first
button
Repeat for next button(s)
Use the first tool in second row (box with XYZ) to group the buttons
