Add Program or Port from Registry

Is there a way to give a program access to a user by adding it in windows
firewall exception list from the registry. Why should i everytime have to go
to his computer or access by remote desktop to add the program or the port in
firewall even i have the admin password for that computer?

Thanks!

This is what group policy is for, in a domain. If you have more than a
handful of computers and you aren't running a domain, you're somewhat SOL
when it comes to easy & centralized management.
