Hi, how can I add a picture in a cell, I have a database with 142 names, I need to insert a picture for each individual name, then save it as a CSV , to merge records with a PageMaker Publication. thanks

You cannot associate an image with a cell.

You can insert a .jpg inside a cell and it will copy and paste with the
cell.......you can also insert a .jpg inside a Comment Box. which will pop
up when the cell is moused over........you can also create a Hyperlink in a
cell that will open a .jpg in PaintShopPro (or whatever).................I
dunno about saving as a CSV and/or merging with Pagemaker............
