Add picture

I've created a database few days ago for intranet purpose to store and
display communication information of the employees. That time I've decided to
show their pictures.

The question is: How can I add the path of the pictures of the employees by
form to my database and how can I present those in intranet.

Thank you very much for your kind attention.
I downloaded the database you've mentioned and I guess it is useful indeed.
Unfortunately that database gets all file paths and store it. I can't figure
how can I match employee names with those file path or file name
automatically.

Add an EmployeeID field as a foreign key in the table with the paths, or if
there aren't too many, just copy and paste the paths into the Employee
table.
