Hi All, I would like to add a student discussion page with
their photo onto an existing web. What is the best way to
do this. Also can I put a password on that page so that
only the current students can enter? thanks Mon

A simple way to add a secure area for your students would be to create a sub
web and then apply unique permissions to it (If your host supports it).

Another option is to use SharePoint services, as this would allow far more
funtionality and is designed for organizations to callaborate. This has a
higher learning curve and requires your host support WSS, but the dynamic
features offered are well worth it.
