Add or Remove Programs Help

I only have these 4 items my Add or Remove Programs
This is what it says,

A program configuration specifies default programs for certain activities,
such as Web browsing or dending e-mail, and which programs are accessible
from the Start menu,desktop, and other locations.

Choose a configuration
(here is my list)

*Miscrosoft Windows
*Non-Microsoft
*Custom

I have no way to add or remove programs,
PLEASE HELP,,,Thanks

As far as your options go they are indicated in the Setup Program Access &
Defaults. Don't you see a Change or Remove Programs button on the left hand
side of the window?

No, the only thing on the left side is a Box with "Set Program Access and
Defaults"
It does nothing if I click on it.
