Add new record without clear previous data

Hello!
I have a Form to add new data and save on table.
When we add new record, normaly the action clear all
fields.
Is possible add new record without clear all fields?
Because is possible we need to change data only in one
field of record, and add the record with new data whole,
without to rewrite all fields...
