add network path to email

How do you add a network path hyperlink in a MailMessage using text
MailFormat?

Plain Text Format does not support hyperlinks. You will need to ask them to
copy and past the link to either there run command, or there internet
explorer.

Nevermind, I found that if I prepend "file:///" to the network path, it
shows up as a hyperlink in outlook.
