Add meeting to calendar from an email

I receive an email from my dentist that has a link that says click to add to
My Calendar. When I click it, it goes into my Outlook as an appointment. I
would like to do this for my clients. How do you do it in Outlook 2003?

Send them an iCalendar file as an attachment or provide them a link to an
iCalendar file on a web server you run.
