add mass-mailing recipients to my contact list

I received a mass-mailing email, and all the recipients shown in To field.
how can I add these recipients in my contact list in one step?
I am using Outlook 2002.

Outlook provides no feature to do this automatically. You'd need a
third-party tool (might be something listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm), custom code, or time to do it
manually.
