Add Ins

When I click on the tools menu bar, I dont have the
choices I need. I cannot get Data Analysis or Solver,
what is the problem. I also added a program as part of
an add in that i cant get the right items to appear when
I click on the menu bar. What's the problem
 
Do tools>add-ins and check solver, then keep the excel/office cd handy and
follow the instructions
(do the same for the Analysis ToolPak)
