Add in problem and stop problem

I had to use the /a command to start word without the addins.

Evrytime I open word i get the message "Word automatically saved changes to
the Normal documnent template. Do you want to load it" if press either Yes
or No it is the same result it open. After opening it gives ,e the security
warning tab, naturally because i dissabled some add ins. I tried to restore
the Normal template that did not work. I used to use pdf fuctionality with it
and Endnotes I unistalled thes programes. I am still having a problem closing
the document after saving the changes.

Can I reset to Add ins to default, and how.
