Add-in photos to edit my pictures--more than clip art

I am editing my digital pictures and I want to add photos and other things
to my pictures. I know "memory mixer" is a good one to use but I need to know
if there is any other programs or websites to go to and find the add-in
pictures that I want to use??? Example: My brother's friend has a digital
picture of his kid in camoflauge hunting gear. He wants to add pictures of
turkeys, deer, pheasants, etc. to the picture and make it look like he is the
"great hunter". HELP!!!!

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for the database software
Microsoft Access, not for general computer questions. You'll want to search
for image editing software - there is lots of it out there, and I'm no expert
in that area. Try www.google.com and search for "image editing".
