Add-In: "HPVAL"

I received an excel spreadsheet that uses a function titled "HPVAL". The
function does not display correctly, showing only "name?" in the cell. Other
websites have indicated that the HPVAL function might be from previous
version of MS Excel, but did not specify which version or how to correct the
issue.

Is there a current add-in that will allow me to view the results of the
'HPVAL' function?
