add drop down list link bar to web page

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add a link bar with a drop down list
of options using MS Front page

Hi there
I have a hyperlinked button on the left hand cell of my screen. How
do make it so that if the user clicks on that button, a range of
other buttons pop up, each of which can be clicked to go to another
page on the site?
Am a bit hopeless with code so bear that in mind

The alistapart ones look quite good
dynamicdrive is also good

They do require code, but the examples do show you where to place the code
