Add Column to Memo Field in Report

Is there a way to place multiple columns in a memo field on a report?
 
Not really sure what that means. A memo field on a report will simply print
the data in the memo field.

Please explain what is in the field, and what it looked like when you
entered it. Then tell us how you want it to print.
