Press the Shift key before pressing the first letter of the word after the
colon.
Capitalizing words following a colon is not an automatic feature that you
can turn on or off. You could write a macro that would search for colons
and then capitalize the next word. This would be something that you ran
after the document is typed. I am afraid that you would be left with a
document containing several capitalization errors.
