Add Bus Contacts to Outlook Address Book

When creating a message and entering the recipient names, how do I setup
Outlook to recognize names in the Business Contacts folder and the Contacts
folder?
 
It will only do it if you have their email address. When you point to a
contact, with an email and you have the setting under Business Tools for
Link Emails, it will then link that message into your history for that
contact.
