Add Auto Page numbering to the 'blank' start document

Is there a way to set an option for 'auto page numbering' to ALWAYS be on
each new document I start ?? I have Word 2003

You can modify the Normal template to include this feature - but
modifying Normal is not a good idea. Better, create another template
with this feature and use it for your new documents.
