Hi. I am an audiologist in Pennsylvania. It has recently come to my
attention that Microsoft Word does not recognized "Audiologist" as a word.
This is not consistent with other professions... as Word does recognize
dentist and chiropractor. Please add audiologist(s) to the dictionary in
upgrades and new versions of word. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Suzanne
Yoder, Audiologist.

On what basis have you decided that Word doesn't recognize "audiologist"?
The spelling checker? It is not marked as a misspelling in Word 2003.

Hi Suzanne -

You don't say what version of Word you're using or mention anything about
language settings, but I just tried Audiologist/audiologist in Word 2003.
Both were recognized with no problem - and I know the word has *not* been
added in a custom dictionary.

Same here; I checked my Custom.dic just in case.
