Add "ALL" to combo box?

I have a combo box that show all of the employees full name, that
information comes from a table. Now I would like to know if
there is a way to add the text "ALL" in the combo-box, so basically when
users open the combo-box first "ALL" should be listed and then the full names
of the employees. Can anyone explain me how this can be done?
