I declared a workbook and set that workbook to
workbooks.add. What is the default path that workbook is
given? Can I set the path for it?

When you add a workbook it doesn't have a path. That gets assigned when you
save it.

No, it isn't there until the first time it is saved.

You can't name it without saving it. The saved file name is the name of the
workbook.
