It's not clear from your question what product you're talking about.
"Document" implies Word, and as far as I'm aware, Word does have the ability
to add a watermark. However, you'd be better off asking in a newsgroup
related to Word: this one's for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.
The way I do it is to create a large light gray or outline text bitmap of
the word "DRAFT". I then lay it on the report first (layer 1) and place all
the other controls on top of it with Transparent backgrounds. You also need
to pre-size the detail section so it will print as a page.
Alternatively, you can output the data to Word and create the watermark, as
Doug suggested.
