add a tab to users and computers

I would like to add a tab for an employee ID field in active directory and
want it to be shown when users and computers snap in is opened up. How can
we do this?

I would like to display the employee id field in active directory users and

We are really looking for a new tab when you open users and computers mmc,
when you double click on a user and get their properties. The link you sent
me if I am not mistaken does not show how to add that in.
