add a pdf page to front page as a new page

I need to add a pdf as a new page in a Front Page document

You add a .pdf file to a web site by Importing the file into the web site,
then create a link to it on a page.
Not sure what you mean by "FrontPage document", since this could be any of
..html, .css, .js, .asp, .aspx and the list goes on.
