Add a custom command to a toolbar

Does anyone know how to add a button to a tool bar and attach a macro to it. I
wrote a custom macro for my reporting but would prefer not to have to add it to
each of my reports manually. I would like a button on a toolbar to run it on
any report I open. Any suggestions?

Hi Laura,

Right click anywhere on the toolbar > customize > Toolbar Tab> New
then under Commands Tab scroll down to "Macros" and drag a "Custo
Button" onto your custom menu. While in the Commands Tab single clic
the newly created button, "Modify Selection" should activate. You ca
assign macro, edit icon, etc. etc. Also might want to make sure th
macro is stored in PERSONAL.XLS so it can be used in all workbooks.
