Add 12 business hours to Time

Hey, anyone know an easy way to have Excel add 12 business hours (M-F,
8:00 - 4:30) to current date/time?

Do you want to record time based on a 24 hour clock?
I do not know how to "program" Excel to do that automatically: I just enter my time (worked) in the format of HH.MM, with a 2 decimal place holder.
