i need to add 0 in the beginig of each noumer in a colum

Format the cells, got to custom format.

Use:
0######

Just make sure you use enough #'s to cover the longest number.

If you really need it added, not just displayed, then

="0"&A1

Copy down as far as necessary. Assumes the numbers are in column A. This
formula makes them Text.
