ADC Roles

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 domain Mixed environment with 2 NT
BDCs, and NT and 2000 Member Servers. I have only one DC
2003 Domain controller. I would like to Install a new DC
to the existing domain and remove the old DC server.
What roles would be necessary to move to the new DC and
how do I do this.
