Adaware Undetected

I was hoping Microsoft's program would catch it, since I
can't find any other programs that will. But I have an
adaware problem.

Sometimes when searching for things on google or other
sites (within AOL or IE) I have a pop-up that appears
under all my programs, usally displaying the keyword I
typed in and a list of coupons with links. It's appears
to be in an emebbed IE window.

I have found that terminating the rundll32.exe in the
Task Manager it will close this adaware window. I've ran
AOL's Anti-Spyware, Adaware Professional 6, Microsoft's,
and McAfee's Virus Scanner and I can't seem to get rid of
it.

Please microsoft help me out!

Thats not 'adaware'. Its called a pop-under. Does it make
a statement about who is providing the list of coupons?
If it does then go to Gooogle and do a search for the
name of the coupon list company/sponsor and the word
REMOVE. See if others have the same pop-under and what
they did to remove it. Good Luck
