AD Replication Through NAT Firwalls

I'm struggling to get AD to replicate at a remote site
through two NAT & VPN enabled firewall.

I'm looking for someone to assist me or recommend a
company with experience in this area. I have Webex so
that we could all configuration together online, in both
locations.

I beleive it is close I just can't finish it, through 'AD
Sites and Services' I can connect to the domain controller
in the other site and configure it, however AD is not
replicating.

I don't know how to troubleshoot this problem and need
some assistance, on what to look for.

Replication between two domain controllers using RPC will dynamically agree
upon any available port 1024+.

You can open all the ports which are needed for replication; 53 for DNS, 389
LDAP etc...
or you can configure your DC's to replicate using IPSEC
