AD Replication delay?

I have an admin at another branch office reporting that whenever a user
account gets locked out, it does not show that it's locked out on his DCs.
However, if we check at the headquarter here, the account is clearly locked
out. I'm thinking this is caused by replication delays. Running Repadmin
/showreps show that all replication is successfuly, but slow for certain
operations... such as unlocking user account. What can I do to alleviate
this problem????

Dude,

This is most probably due to the inherent delay with intersite replication,
which takes place every 3 hours ( by default ).
