AD problem

I have succeed server with instaled domanin name "vuctt" and i need chnage
name to "vuctt.sk"
how?
in the network is 250 users but only one DC and when i will add secondary
the try collapse secondary DC searching vuctt.sk
or how can i backup users (with SID) and reinstall AD and then restore users
(with SID)

It'd probably be easiest to migrate your users and sidhistory using admt.
