ad popups

I cant get rid of some ad popups. I have anti-popup
software but it doesnt get rid of them all.
This ad-popup will
appear 'http://luckysearch.net/cxlow/top1.html' after
this appears 'http://in.webcounter.cc/----/?cxlow'

How do these ads appear at all? If I goto a website with
NAMES like love,sex,relationships.....these ads just
popup and I have tried deleting the cache and any
registry entries with these names and anti-ad
software.......NOTHING WORKS. It isnt as simple as
avoiding a website because certain names trigger the ads
off. I have spent hours trying to solve this and I am
angry to say the least.
