ad book for a fundraiser without the expense of hiring a printer

I am looking for help on putting together an ad book (with local business
cards) for a fundraiser. As it is a fundraiser, we have no budget. So, I
would like to try to do it on my computer with my somewhat limited computer
knowledge. Any advice out there? Thanks!

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. If you have Microsoft Word or
Microsoft Publisher on your computer, either of them would be capable
of producing the content of such a book; getting it printed and bound
is a hardware problem, and I just do software <g>.

Try one of the Word or Publisher newsgroups for more specific advice.
